Job Description


This role will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy to create brand awareness, drive growth, maintain the company\'s market leadership and create consumer pull in new categories. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership to navigate the landscape and connect with the target audience

  • Strategic Leadership - Revisit brand architecture and define positioning for existing brands. Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with company goals through market analysis and strategic brand management.
  • Brand Development - Drive brand identity evolution for a consistent presence across all touchpoints. Use consumer insights to build authentic connections that foster loyalty and advocacy.
  • Digital Marketing - Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, e-commerce strategies, and online advertising. Manage PR efforts to highlight innovative products and social contributions.
  • Product Marketing - Collaborate with product development to ensure successful launches and create compelling campaigns that drive consumer interest.
  • Market Research - Conduct market research to gain insights into trends, consumer behaviors, and competition.
  • Team Leadership - Inspire and mentor the marketing team, fostering creativity and accountability to achieve impactful results.
  • Stakeholder Management - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align brand messaging and execute campaigns effectively.
  • Performance Measurement - Utilize a data-driven approach to analyze marketing performance metrics, optimizing strategies and managing budgets for maximum ROI.
