Introduction:
Strategic Issuance describes the bank\xe2\x80\x99s view to deliver changes in infrastructure to support regulatory and commercial changes on how we do business.
The role holder will be responsible for supporting the Treasury Team in their execution and delivery of the Treasury programme migrating positions across infrastructure stacks.
Key business partners include: Treasury change team, Treasury Front Office, Treasury Finance and Group Finance and Risk change teams and the vertical change workstreams
To support technical, systematic, operating and reporting change requirements to deliver the infrastructure change embed the same and work seamlessly in treasury finance function.
Work collaboratively across Treasury Finance to help deliver sustainable results.
Foresee, navigate, and successfully communicate around issues as they arise, proposing tactical or strategic solutions which align with long term goals of the programme.
Provide SME knowledge and experience over product control to the business and other infrastructure stakeholders, including technical and operational capability to provide an effective solution.
What will you be doing?
Work as a part of Treasury CME PC line team to meet and deliver key BAU\xe2\x80\x99s.
Understand the 19 PC controls and ensure appropriate standards are met for the team\xe2\x80\x99s deliverables
Design and implement the Treasury product control infrastructure model.
Responsible for IB aligned PC architecture build and support technology build out to meet requirements across: - TCW; GBS and build out; MOTIF On-boarding; Beowulf Development
Support technology build out to meet requirements across (TCW and UAT Testing)
Support BI technology build out to meet requirements across new product, systems, and process onboarding.
Ensure setup align with business requirements.
Support booking model definition for Branch to Parent construct.
Supporting projects teams in maintaining key planning and interlock documentation.

Proven ability to build and manage key stakeholder relationships
Strong understanding of control environments and an ability to indentify process enhancements
Excellent communication, organisational and prioritisation skills
Highly diligent with excellent attention to detail
Strong Microsoft skills, particularly Word, Excel & Powerpoint
Analytical and problem solving skills
CA or Post graduate degree in finance
Skills that will help you in the role:
Investment Banking/Financial Services experience
Treasury, Liquidity Buffers, Hedge Funds, or Product Control or Business Analytics experience
Preferred ACA/CIMA/ACCA/CFA qualification
Strategic project change experience preferred
Active interest and knowledge of the macroeconomic environment
