Job Description

• Identify and evaluate strategic deals and partnerships that drive strategy forward.
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the organization's short-term and long-term goals.
• Lead the planning, preparation, and execution of the Initial Public Offering (IPO) process.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and other relevant teams to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to listing requirements.
• Lead financial due diligence and valuation analysis for potential mergers and acquisitions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact and feasibility of M&A opportunities.
• Lead negotiations, prepare financial presentations, and provide necessary financial information to potential investors.
• Prepare and present financial reports and analysis for board meetings.
• Communicate financial performance, key metrics, and strategic recommendations to the board of directors.
• Provide insights into financial trends, risks, and opportunities that impact the organization's strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, auditors, regulatory authorities, and investors.
• Build and maintain relationships that contribute to effective financial management and decision-making.
