You\xe2\x80\x99ll be working with the Finance team. This team runs on coffee, reports, audits, excel sheets, business plans and an infectious passion to build financial partnerships with a large set of direct and indirect stakeholders.

What you will do: As the Strategic Finance Manager at Exponent Energy, you will own and drive all Finance, Accounting and Control processes. Responsibillities:

• Identify key metrics that are critical for decision making in each function across the organization (R&D, Business and Supply Chain) and work with them to develop team wise and org wide AOPs
• Working with and partnering key teams as follows:
• Business Teams - work with Business teams to identify and implement activities to build pricing and profitability models, close commercial terms and establish invoicing and collection processes
• R&D \xe2\x80\x93 work with R&D teams to develop reporting mechanisms to track spends and ensure good governance of budgets
• Supply Chain \xe2\x80\x93 work with SC team to structure CoGS targets, close commercial terms with suppliers and establish purchase to pay processes
• Other Teams \xe2\x80\x93 work with other teams to establish and deliver their AoP targets and ensure compliance with Control and Good Governance

The ideal candidate requires:

• CA/CFA is preferred, but not mandatory
• 5+ years
• Understanding of Value Chain and experience in building org wide AoPs in at least Series A+ or equivalent organizations
• Experience in manufacturing firms as a business or supply chain finance partner
