We are not a marketing agency : While we focus on brand building, day-to-day marketing activities are handed off to our marketing agency partners or the client\'s in-house marketing team. Quality over Quantity : We are not a content factory. While we do optimise our copy for SEO and write blogs for clients, we do not produce low-quality, bulk content purely for SEO purposes. Purpose of Role: We are looking for an entry-level to mid-level strategic copywriter who will report to the head of strategy in the Everything Strategy vertical. In a typical project, we: Conduct workshops with founders and marketing teams Perform in-depth customer and competitive research Develop messaging frameworks and content wireframes Create high-impact deliverables like websites, pitch decks, and sales collaterals In joint projects, we collaborate with designers and developers at Everything Design to translate this positioning and messaging into a brand visual identity and website design. This is followed by our developers at Everything Flow, who build and deliver the website. Key Responsibilities: Analysis of client\'s product and business model Participating in client workshops and internal brainstorming sessions Preparing high-quality notes and following up on action items Assisting in conceptualising brand positioning routes Creating website information architecture Creating low-fidelity wireframes in Figma with content Website copywriting Social media copywriting Creating slide content for pitch decks, under supervision Creating and managing content calendars (internal or client-facing) Optimising content for SEO Collaborating with the design team to jointly develop client deliverables Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field Strong writing and editing skills Ability to conduct research and translate findings into actionable insights Basic understanding of SEO best practices is a plus Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team Portfolio of writing work that shows clarity of thought, depth of understanding, and clear, simple communication (even if a personal blog) Desired Qualities/Skills: Ability to use AI tools for research and editing (not for writing base content) is a plus Adaptability to the B2B style of writing, focused on product features and no-nonsense benefits Ability to understand and distill complex product use cases Collaborative work ethic with people of different skill sets and backgrounds Self-driven: You will be provided with context and guidance but will be expected to manage your own tasks and time What you can expect in a typical day at work: Work with a diverse set of creative people from designers and animators, as well as coders and developers Free lunch, snacks and tea/coffee Office in one of the few green spaces left in Bangalore
