Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships with executive decision-makers and support category lead with Director-level engagement, gaining an understanding of their strategic priorities within product areas and bets.
Be responsible for shaping and enforcing cost effective practices, adherence to xWS policies upskill PAs on best practices, with oversight from category lead.
Understand executive decision-maker business objectives, operations model, structure, demand vs capacity needs and work with category lead to educate xWS with ongoing strategic insight.
Support extensive change management within PAs to launch multiple large-scale enterprise-wide xWS efforts, consult executive decision-makers on xWS policies and understand impact of changes.
Apply understanding of cost-saving strategies and regulatory compliance requirements to position xWS solutions that drive results while mitigating risk.
