Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand and analyze various business model.

2. Provide analysis on companies' market offerings; identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation.

3. Study Business Financial Balance Sheet, Profile / Loss & Cash flow statement to prepare a brief on finance health of the companies.

4. Interact with business promoter, Sr. Management personnel to understand company's financial requirements.

5. Analyze short & long term business risks.

6. Prepare short & long term business projections & opportunities

7. Coordinate various project activities with different departments, follow-up on agreed upon milestones and maintain tracker for critical projects with weekly updates.

8. Manage assignments with minimal intervention.

9. Manage communication rhythm with stakeholders on regular basis.

10. This position requires travel approximately 50% of the time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, CA , or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and client satisfaction.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
