o Work in liaison with the marketing team to understand current market trends

Strategic alliances:
o Identify new vendors who can develop and deliver services
o Build relationships with existing and potential service partners, manage vendor partnerships to achieve business goals
o Negotiate and finalise deals with partners that benefit the company
Project management
o Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
o Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
o Work closely with cross-functional teams for the flawless execution of multiple projects
o Plan, design and implement mechanisms that allow customers to use multiple services on our digital platforms
o Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
o Each service to be evaluated for brand fitment and feasibility
o Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
o Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
Measurement and tracking
o Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goal
