Strategic alliances and Events Partnership Manager for Mall in Bangalore
Candidate is responsible to support of the Marketing Department in all aspects of its operation. The candidate on role will requires planning and execution of special events, public relations efforts, merchant communication and relations, community relations and advertising and collateral production and sponsorship programs. The candidate will be responsible to ensure appropriate representation of The Mall. The candidate in charged to ensure that the programs, events and activities are in line with the Marketing Plan goals and strategies as well as Company standards.
Job requirement-
1. Has a relevant experience in Marketing/ Mall Positioning Revenue Generation
from partnering in with brands, event organizers, Schools, Colleges for hosting
events in the mall
a. Excellent communication and presentation skills
b. Have good network with Media agencies, Event organizers, Brands
c. Should be independent to take decisions on marketing strategies and at the
same time a team player
2. Minimum work Experience of 7 years
3. Residing in Bengaluru
4. Is a Go getter and has strong relationship with Brands and Ad agencies
5. Should be an MBA or a post graduate
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Planning and positioning revenues through SOH
Increase footfall in the mall and enhance sales revenue for tenants
Communicate with inhouse brands for creating a revenue channel for the mall by enabling brand tie ups and barters
Concept, planning and implementation of all event initiatives. (Mall sponsored
community events, merchandising events, fundraising events, third party / partner
events and retailer based events)
Establish special event budget and manage event costs.
Prepare event notifications outlining responsibilities to ensure event needs are
communicated to department heads and teams.
Document each event and create event recaps that include: photos, return on
investment, retailer / partner results, press clippings, as well as event summary.
support agencies in promotional materials and collateral to support events.
Tie up with event organizers for organizing event at the mall and enhance footfall of
the mall
Set annual and quarterly goals for Social Media platforms.
Work with digital marketing coordinator to set social promotional calendar.
Establish social media strategy.
Oversee social media voice to maintain brand consistency.
Direct 3rd party writers and bloggers.
Provide direction and oversight of social media program.
Coordinate merchant participation for print and broadcast PR purposes.
Organize and calculate Mall press clippings.
