Role - The person is responsible of thinking strategy and getting hands dirty with the finer nuances of execution. Someone who loves to network and forge new strategic business relationships. Someone who is confident and loves to be the face of the brand in key strategic conversations with other brands. Your responsibilities will include: • Forge relationships with likeminded brands in the childcare and education spaces
• Collaborate and execute on ground and online activations/initiatives with these brands
• Work with rest of the in-house team to create the repository of content and design for such alliance activities
• Connect regularly with the brands and be on the look out for what they are planning and doing on social media and other wise
• Crack opportunities to share space with other brands in larger parent network activations/exhibition formats
• Develop large school relationships (chain of schools with presence Pan India) before it is handed over to region wise marketing associates
• Develop pitch templates for the regional marketing associates to build on for their local alliances
• Review the ongoing relationships on monthly basis both in terms of activities done and the reach achieved with respect to what was planned
• Experience in a B2B business development or strategic alliances role
• Good networking abilities on Linked In and rest of Social media.
