Account Growth and Expansion : - Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Bacancy Technology\'s services. - Develop account expansion strategies to increase revenue and profitability. - Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business within existing accounts. Strategic Planning : - Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with Bacancy Technology\'s business objectives. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges. - Work with clients to understand their business goals and align Bacancy Technology\'s offerings accordingly. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams : - Liaise with project managers, delivery teams, and other departments to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. - Coordinate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional activities for strategic accounts. Performance Monitoring and Reporting : - Monitor key account metrics, such as customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and retention. - Prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders on the status of strategic accounts.
