Responsible for understanding the assigned account's strategic priorities and developing appropriate value-added programs for each account.
Build long-term contractual agreements and relationships with clients and strategic partners.
Develop and foster Account Based Marketing approach to leverage cross-functional synergy.
Support and coaching SAM stakeholders to identify pipeline optimization and growth opportunity.
Driving commercial engagement with SAM accounts to ensure increase the share of wallet from SAM accounts
CXO relationship building through sharp need identification
Engagement with our strategic accounts to create access for therapy teams - new product introductions, increased market share
Commercial deal closure with C-suite and other stakeholders buy-in
Drive entry for Medtronic in new hospital projects
Partnership with Internal Stakeholders - therapy leaders and marketing, BU sales teams, and PR/Comms
Provide regular VOC and Market intelligence to support the teams goals - building new growth programs, refine existing solutions, identify new hospital projects
