Summary/Objective
He/she will plan, track, monitor and enhance Cylinder Filling Station(CFS) ,ASU-LILO & CES stores spares & consumables.Needs to ensure availability of required spares of CFS & CES & their reorder level to avoid stock out. Oversee adherence to company Standards ,safety and statutory guidelines with the objective of running smooth and efficient operations of CFS, ASU-LILO & CES activities. Also will act as a Site Administration representative.

KPI
Health Safety & Environment ( Site Administration Representative)
To ensure Zero Fatality & Zero accident at site
To support FM LILO / CFS Manager in plant Safety performance in line with Safety Score card & required actions for Improvement
To attend Annual Fire Fighting , Hydrant System ,First Aid & Safety training as & when required
To attend annual Health & Medical check up of plant staff 2 times in a year
To ensure plant Safety guidelines during any plant Safety or other program through coordination with FM LILO / CFS Manager
To ensure Safety guidelines in stores material inventory ,issue & during monthly stock checking inclusive of involved person/s
To support CES department for their Store material inventory ,issue & despatch of material
To ensure Safety guidelines while arranging third party crane for all regulatory compliances & internal Safe Work Permit system compliance for LILO , CFS & CES activities
To coordinate with Plant Security Staff for support ,issues & safety trainings through site Safety representative

Stores Management
Plant stores Management inclusive of LILO ,CFS & CES material store
The Store Incharge will oversee all plant through stores & administrative activity to ensure policies and procedures are followed. They develop processes that will maximize stewardship & safety
To refer & follow all Stores Guidelines & Standards and SOP\xe2\x80\x99s & WI are being updated ,reviewed & get approved from FM LILO / CFS Manager from time to time.
Close monitoring of plant Stores work Over time .Target - ZERO OVER TIME
To ensure all plant LILO , CFS & CES store material is available. To monitor reorder level based on consumption .To ensure reorder of required material in coordination with concern department incharge
To ensure stores material details ,records & documents are available & updated always
To ensure fulfillment of all KPI reports & monthly reports.
As an Plant Store Incharge will be responsible for all plant Store related action pertaining to Intelex(action monitoring tool) ,Safety meeting & incident tracker points compliance related to plant Store only
Coordinate with the Production Incharge(PIC),Maintenance Incharge(MIC), Distribution Incharge(DIC), Shift cum Maintenance Engineer(ScME) & Customer Installation Incharge related to stores & spares activities , in case of any issues.
Analyze gaps and identify areas of improvement in store management processes. Drive process improvement initiatives to improve quality of work & minimize cost.
To ensure availability of all required plant related spares are maintained properly. Reorder of all such items with PR-PO process in coordination with PIC ,MIC , DIC , SCME & Procurement
To have capability to handle & overcome all plant store related issues in coordination with FM LILO / CFS Manager
To monitor plant cost related to stores .Cost should be in line with annual plant budget
To drive cost saving ,GAP savings & Time management initiatives at site pertaining to Stores Management
To ensure booking & processing of plant related vendor invoices in time & to answer all queries related vendor invoices ,payments & payment advice in coordination with PIC ,MIC , DIC , SCME ,HO Procurement & HO Finance team.
