The Stores & Inventory Executive is responsible for overseeing and managing all inventory and storage operations. This role ensures the accurate tracking, handling, and management of parts and materials, maintaining optimal inventory levels to support manufacturing and maintenance operations. The executive will collaborate with various departments to meet production requirements while ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and issuing of goods.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders to ensure adequate supply.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring internal customer satisfaction.
Inspect incoming parts and materials for quality and conformity to specifications.
Manage the quarantine process for non-conforming items and coordinate with quality assurance for resolution.
Implement efficient storage and organization techniques to maximize space utilization and accessibility.
Implement and oversee inventory control procedures to safeguard against loss, theft, and damage.
Ensure proper storage conditions for aerospace parts and materials, including temperature, humidity, and security requirements.
Maintain detailed documentation of transactions, including invoices, receipts, and stock records.
Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, logistics, and production to streamline processes and optimize supply chain operations.
Ensure compliance with aerospace industry regulations, standards, and best practices.

Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field with minimum 5 years experience in the industry. Experience in the Aerospace Industry is preferred.
Familiarity with aerospace parts and materials is highly desirable.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with inventory management software.
