• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees
• Achieve high levels of excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.
• o Fallow daily and monthly KPI.
• o Create processes and methods to gather supply chain & Store data
• o Oversee inventory procedures o Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g. warehouse-slotting, route planning)
• o Implementing import/export strategies, managing relationships with suppliers and distributors.
• o Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction. o Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
• o Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
• o Materials receipt, Storage and Handling as per SOP.
• o Managing the Inventory, Inbound, Outbound Operation.
• o Weekly Monthly Stock Movement Reports.
• o Handling of Regulatory audits, Customer audits, internal audits, statutory audits.
• o Make a monthly purchase plan in line with inventory & preparation of non - moving and slow-moving item lists, as well as maintaining stock of critical items.
• o Maintaining minimum inventory levels asper confirmed.
• o Handling Packing Materials, Raw Materials, Mechanical and Electrical Spares materials.

• Have a bachelor's/Master degree in Material Management
• Have at least 10 years' experience in retail and 5 year experience in leadership
• Are able to motivate a team, delegate work fairly, and contribute as a team player
• Good at verbal and written communication
• ability to manager Customer audits and regulatory audits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
