Job Description

1) Report functionally to Mr.Naveen-Director and Dr.Spoorthi-Managing Director. 2) Keep track of logistics and update the Hospital\xe2\x80\x99s inventory. 3) Analyse operational performance and resolve issues. 4) Coordinate with Purchase Manager (Mrs.Rathi) to ensure that all operations meet quality and safety standards. 5) Develop appropriate supply chain strategy to maximize patient satisfaction at the lowest possible cost. 6) Lead the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through given Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 7) Plan, manage, and coordinate all activities related to sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand in conjunction with Purchase Manager (Mrs.Rathi). 8) Provide operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivity. 9) Train and mentor Supply Chain Management employees. 10) Collaborate with other Departments to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps. 11) Focus on safety, cost management and business growth in all interactions and directives. 12) Prepare and submit Weekly / Monthly Reports to the Management. 13) Read and comprehend legal documents such as Contracts etc. 14) Function effectively as a Team Player and maintain discipline among all members in the Team. 15) Serve and protect the hospital community by adhering to professional standards, Hospital policies & procedures, and the Central, State, Local Governments\xe2\x80\x99 / NABH requirements. 16) Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications. 17) Carry out any other duty or responsibility that is not mentioned above but may be relevant to the job as and when it may arise.
