Roles & Responsibilities
1. Protection , security of materials with necessary covering should be followed.
2. Materials should be stocked as per MSDS (Materials Storage Data Sheet)
3. Goods Receipt Note (GRN) process including approval need to be completed by store person within 48 hours after material received
4. Information is to be given to operation and purchase for excess material supply to raise the indent and amend the purchase order respectively
5. Local purchase in-case of emergency after Local purchase indent approved
6. Consumption of materials based on issue need to be monitored in daily basis
7. Monitoring is to be done on daily basis for stored materials
8. Co-ordination with Audit team for Store auditing
9. Insist project manager to raise indent for Major materials to maintain minimum stock with material lead time
Qualification
Any Degree
Experience
2 + years experience as Stores Executive in Property developers industry with the knowledge of Residential building material.
