Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Store Executive. The Store Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory, ensuring a smooth customer experience, and coordinating with various departments to optimize overall efficiency. Responsibilities: Inventory Management:

• Monitor and maintain optimal levels of inventory.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Purchase for timely replenishment of stock.
• Utilize ERP software for efficient inventory tracking.

Store Operations:

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Supervise and train store staff.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Sales Support:

• Assist in merchandising and product placement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to Provide Required spares.

Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate records of stock and transactions.
• Generate reports on inventory, and other relevant metrics.

Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in Automobile industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management software.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards.

Education and Experience:

• Any Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
• Previous experience in a retail or store management role is an advantage.
• Experience 3-5 Years.
