B. Com with with 2+ years of experience in managing store's activities in a manufacturing company. Key Skills: Inventory Management, Report Preparation, Tally.
Job Profile: • Coordinate with Transporter for booking consignments and arrange vehicles for FTL and part load dispatch.
• Maintain Storage area cleaned and hygienic.
• Supervise and control order picking, goods in, goods out operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage.
• Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stock is in line with the warehouse management system and ensure all stock movements are recorded to ensure accuracy.
• Plan for daily dispatches including arranging manpower for loading/ unloading & vehicles.
• Provide a safe working environment, adhering to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and ensuring it is understood and practiced by the team at all times.
• Manage godown team like Picker/Packer, Labour and Supervisors.
• Check receipt consignments physical stock v/s invoice, E-way bill and LR copy.
• Collect LR copy from Transport/Cargo and attach with Invoice copy.
• Manage storage in warehouse, product-wise, division-wise & batch-wise.
• Coordinate with billing team and Account team.
Candidate Profile: • Good understanding of inventory management process.
• Working knowledge in MS Office.
• Early joiners will be preferred..
