Job Title: Dispatch and Stores Supervisor

Location: Sehatganj, Raisen , Madhya Pradesh

Department: Logistics/Warehouse

Reports To: Logistics Manager/Operations Manager

Job Summary: The Dispatch and Stores Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. This role ensures that the right products are delivered to the right location on time and in the most cost-effective manner. The Supervisor will manage the warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and the coordination of logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the warehouse and dispatch staff.
• Ensure the accurate and timely dispatch of goods to customers.
• Monitor stock levels and perform regular inventory checks.
• Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies and processes to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage and optimize the use of warehouse space and resources.
• Oversee the maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment.
• Prepare and present reports on warehouse and dispatch operations and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree. However, a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field will be preferred.
• Proven experience in logistics, dispatch and warehouse management, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software, Tally and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Salary: Monthly salary range between Rs 18,000/- and Rs 35,000/-
