Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Store/Market Executive to oversee the purchasing, management, and dispatch of electrical goods in our store. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, coordinate deliveries, and provide excellent customer service.(8003495714)

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
• Monitor stock levels and place orders for electrical products as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and ensure proper storage conditions.
• Conduct regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies.
• Purchasing:
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and quality for electrical goods.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain relationships for ongoing business.
• Dispatch Coordination:
• Organize and oversee the packing and dispatching of goods to various locations.
• Schedule deliveries and coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely shipments.
• Track shipments and address any issues that may arise during transit.
• Assist Employees with inquiries and provide product recommendations.
• Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
• Reporting:
• Prepare reports on inventory status, sales trends, and supplier performance for management.
• Analyze data to forecast demand and optimize stock levels.
• Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all store operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or IIT in Electrical (preferred).
• Proven experience in inventory management, purchasing, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management in software.
• Knowledge of electrical products and market trends is a plus.
