Key responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong attention to detail and accuracy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication and interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including raw materials, tools, CNC parts, and finished products. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary to ensure continuous production, especially for CNC and CMM operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Receive and inspect incoming materials, tools, and CNC/CMM parts, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Organize and store materials, tools parts in an efficient and accessible manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Issue materials, tools parts to production staff as needed, maintaining accurate records of all transactions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all storage equipment and machinery, including all good working order and perform routine maintenance as needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Adhere to safety protocols and ensure the storage area is clean, organized, and free of hazards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, including receipts, issues, and returns parts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with the production team to understand their material and tool requirements and ensure timely availability. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare regular reports on inventory status, stock levels, and any discrepancies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a machine shop environment. ...
