The position is responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing supplies and equipment for the day-to-day operations and
to maintain all other hotel Stores within the Main Store.
Maintain everyday computer entry for material inward, outward, & issue book & Signature'
Daily Bill Entry & Receipt Entry & Follow-up submit Bill payment processes for account
Stock check(Inventory) every month
Daily Receipt Entry, Issue Entry, Issue Return, Receipt Return entry as per requirement
Maintain All paperwork for storing Data
Ensure Cleanliness of All Work Areas, Keeping Storage and receiving areas clean and tidy at all times
Work closely with the purchasing department to maintain store stock
Conduct Weekly Inventories of Consumables, Chemicals, Equipment, Grocery, Dairy items Etc.
Maintain Guaranty & Warranty Material & Agency Follow-up Material Replacement
Prepare a list of Non-Moving/ Slow Moving Item List every Month
Required Skills: Graduate, Knowledge of MS Office is required.
Experience Required: Previous experience in a similar Job role of min 3 to 5 Years in the Hotel and Restaurant industry must.
