JOB DESCRIPTIONDepartment: StoreDesignation: Store TraineeReporting to: Chief Engineer/Sr. EngineerExperience: 0 to 1 years.Job Type: Full TimeJob Time: 8:30 am to 6 pm\xc2\xb7 Preparing indent Material issued to the site in ERP / whats App.\xc2\xb7 Take follow-up from the purchasing department\xc2\xb7 Receiving & recording all incoming materials daily.\xc2\xb7 To maintain records and report the status of client-supplied Material\xc2\xb7 Updating stock register on receipt and issue of material\xc2\xb7 Issuing Debit notes to sub-contractors/agencies wherever Applicable\xc2\xb7 Physical stock verification of all Materials weekly & monthly and submit reports to Management.\xc2\xb7 Gate inward & outward Register & excel entry.\xc2\xb7 Preparation of material outward gate passes\xc2\xb7 Issuing material to the contractor.\xc2\xb7 Making all issues, returns, and stock transfer posting in the ERP/register system.\xc2\xb7 Preparation of stock statement Monthly basis & yearly basis Party bill checkingJob Type: Full-timePay: \xe2\x82\xb910,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb912,000.00 per monthBenefits:
