JOB DESCRIPTION Department: Store Designation: Store Trainee Reporting to: Chief Engineer/Sr. Engineer Experience: 0 to 1 years. Job Type: Full Time Job Time: 8:30 am to 6 pm \xc2\xb7 Preparing indent Material issued to the site in ERP / what\xe2\x80\x99s App. \xc2\xb7 Take follow-up from the purchasing department \xc2\xb7 Receiving & recording all incoming materials daily. \xc2\xb7 To maintain records and report the status of client-supplied Material \xc2\xb7 Updating stock register on receipt and issue of material \xc2\xb7 Issuing Debit notes to sub-contractors/agencies wherever Applicable \xc2\xb7 Physical stock verification of all Materials weekly & monthly and submit reports to Management. \xc2\xb7 Gate inward & outward Register & excel entry. \xc2\xb7 Preparation of material outward gate passes \xc2\xb7 Issuing material to the contractor. \xc2\xb7 Making all issues, returns, and stock transfer posting in the ERP/register system. \xc2\xb7 Preparation of stock statement Monthly basis & yearly basis Party bill checking Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb910,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb912,000.00 per month Benefits:
