JOB DESCRIPTION HPS/2024/402 Store / Trainee Engineer Male 1 1 to 2 Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical (Exp. Required of Stores)Responsibilities:

Sample collection and testing for every lot of production
Monitoring work progress to ensure that deadlines are met and that quality standards are upheld
Conducting regular audits of production lines to ensure compliance with company standards
Reviewing employee and machinery performance to determine whether they are meeting standards and making any improvements required
Providing guidance and support to employees in their work teams to ensure that they are performing their jobs effectively
Monitoring and reporting on employee productivity to ensure that goals are being met
Submit daily detailed reports to the quality manager
Maintain accurate and detailed reports of sample testing and collection, along with plant evaluation in accordance with the company standards
