Position: Store Supervisor Responsibilities: Delivering an excellent customer service experience on a consistent basis Addressing customer concerns in a diplomatic manner, striving for resolution and providing feedback to the Store Manager for the improvement of the process Managing retail operations, including cash, store operations, inventory, and shelf life Generating management reports to track performance and contribute to merchandising plans. Executing store opening and closing protocols efficiently. Leading the store operations in the absence of the Store Manager Managing e-commerce order fulfilment. Including but not limited to overseeing the entire process from order placement to final delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements: Around 2-5 years in Retail Sales Excellent customer handling and communication Must be well organized and diligently structured in their approach to any engagement
