Job Title: Store Supervisor

Location: ICD , Vapi Tumb

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Supervisor to oversee the operations of our store, primarily handling auto components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in store management, excellent communication skills, and expertise in Excel and SAP (MM module).

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the store.
- Ensure accurate and timely handling of inventory and transactions.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of auto components.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
- Train, mentor, and manage a team of employees, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Prepare and maintain reports on inventory levels and operational performance .

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum qualification: Graduate in Commerce.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have experience in store handling, particularly with auto components.
- Proficiency in Excel and SAP (MM module) is essential.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and inventory.

Experience Level:

8 to 10 years of experience as a Store In-Charge, managing a team of approximately 6-7 member s.
