The role is critical in maintaining safety, meeting customer quality expectations, and ensuring timely delivery.Responsibilities:xc2xb7 Managing material movement from the store to the shop floor and coordinating subcontracting material supply to vendors.xc2xb7 Creating, printing, and posting RQ through SAP with various posting movements; monitoring material issues daily.xc2xb7 Handling documentation related to Assembly RQ, project transfers, and maintaining accurate Excel records.xc2xb7 Providing daily updates on RQs to the OM, Assembly Supervisor, and SCM procurement team.xc2xb7 Allocating material RQs to various functions and updating relevant teams for further processing.xc2xb7 Posting subcontracting material updates in SAP and notifying the SCM team.xc2xb7 Conducting vendor reconciliations as necessary.xc2xb7 Coordinating the issuance of spare and service parts items to the packing team and completing necessary SAP postings.xc2xb7 Leading Inventory Audits (half-yearly/perpetual), including physical verification of service store materials.xc2xb7 Facilitating smooth material supply coordination between the Incoming Material team.xc2xb7 Coordinating with the Internal Logistics team for seamless internal material shifting.xc2xb7 Maintaining records of hold project materials and ensuring their utilization in upcoming projects.Requirements/Qualifications:xc2xb7 A relevant manufacturing/engineering degree is required.xc2xb7 Extensive factory-level experience with proven team supervisory capabilities.xc2xb7 Familiarity with steam turbines and their components.xc2xb7 In-depth knowledge and practical experience in store management and processes.xc2xb7 Proficiency in SAP.xc2xb7 Strong problem-solving abilities related to staff, material, and equipment issues.xc2xb7 Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Windows and Office software.xc2xb7 Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.xc2xb7 Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.xc2xb7 Strong skills in problem-solving, team building, planning, and decision-making.xc2xb7 Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members.If you possess the necessary qualifications and experience for this challenging role, we invite you to submit your resume and a cover letter highlighting your suitability for the position.
