Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our store located in Gaur City, Chipyana. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management:
• Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock is available and properly displayed.
• Coordinate and supervise the receiving, storing, and dispatching of products.
• Staff Supervision:
• Lead, train, and motivate store staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Schedule shifts and manage staff attendance and performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, set goals, and address any issues.
• Customer Service:
• Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Implement customer service policies and procedures.
• Sales & Marketing:
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandising and promotional activities.
• Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to achieve them.
• Analyze sales data and generate reports for management review.
• Compliance & Safety:
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment for both staff and customers.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure standards are met.

Requirements:

• Education & Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
• Skills & Abilities:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in inventory management and retail software.
• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations effectively.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
