Job Overview: The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth workflow, exceptional customer service, and effective team management. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals. Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and support store staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures. Assist with training and development of team members.
Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Handle customer complaints, queries, and feedback effectively and professionally.
Sales and Performance Goals: Assist in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Motivate staff to meet and exceed sales goals.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and ensure stock is properly maintained. Conduct regular stock checks and manage stock replenishment.
Store Operations: Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing. Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security measures.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance. Prepare reports for the Store Manager as needed.
Policy Implementation: Ensure all company policies, procedures, and guidelines are followed. Implement safety and security protocols within the store.
Merchandising: Assist with merchandising efforts, including product placement, displays, and promotional setups. Ensure merchandise is presented in an appealing manner.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business or related field preferred.
