Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Store Supervisor to oversee retail store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the work of store employees, ensuring that all customer needs are met, and maintaining the store\'s cleanliness and appearance. The Store Supervisor will also be responsible for managing inventory, creating work schedules, and ensuring that all store policies and procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the work of store employees to ensure customer satisfaction and a positive shopping experience
Maintain the store\'s cleanliness and appearance and ensure that all products are properly displayed
Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock levels are maintained at appropriate levels
Create work schedules for store employees and manage employee time off requests
Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, including cash handling and security procedures
Resolve customer complaints and issues and ensure that all customer needs are met
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that store goals are aligned with customer demands
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports on store performance

Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail store operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of retail store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and cash-handling procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to supervise and motivate employees to meet store goals
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with point-of-sale software and tools
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed
