Job Description

?Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision and leadership- Leading and managing a team of workers, including shifts, assigning tasks, and providing training and development.
• Quality control - Ensuring products meet quality standards and specifications, and addressing any issues that arise.
• Resource management- Allocating and managing resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize production efficiency.
• Regulatory Compliance- Ensuring that all production processes comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Communication- Coordinating with other departments, such as R&D, Quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure smooth operations.
• Process management- Overseeing the entire production process, from raw material handling to final product packaging.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a production supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment (3 years preferred).
• Familiarity with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control processes in the specific product sector.
• Knowledge of production management software (e.g.., ERP system) and Microsoft office suite ,excel.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
