Job Description

• Oversee and direct a team of store workers and staff, providing clear instructions, guidance, and motivation to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, receive and store incoming goods, implement proper stock rotation and picking procedures, and contribute to minimizing stock loss and damage.
• Spervise daily store operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures.
• Implement and maintain a safe work environment for all store staff by adhering to company safety procedures and ensuring compliance with all applicable safety regulations.
• Identify and troubleshoot operational problems, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with the Store Manager to find solutions and improve processes.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance store eficiency, productivity, and cost-effectivenes.
• Effectively communicate with team members, Store Manager, and other departments to ensure smooth collaboration and work flow.
• Prepare reports on store activities, including inventory levels, productivity metrics or concerns using the company's designated systems and platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?20,647.89 - ?40,214.17 per month
