Your primary responsibilities will include: **Responsibilities:** 1. **Store Operations Management:** - Supervising the day-to-day activities of the store, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of agricultural products and supplies. - Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations. - Monitoring inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks to prevent shortages or overstocking. - Implementing measures to minimize product waste and spoilage. 2. **Customer Service:** - Providing excellent customer service to all patrons, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner. - Assisting customers with product selection, providing information and recommendations as needed. - Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment to enhance the shopping experience. 3. **Team Leadership:** - Leading and motivating a team of store staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback. - Scheduling work shifts and organizing work assignments to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operation of the store. - Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and cooperation among staff members. 4. **Inventory Control:** - Managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate record-keeping of stock movements using appropriate systems or tools. - Conducting regular stock audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and prevent inventory shrinkage. - Collaborating with purchasing and logistics teams to optimize stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products. **Requirements:** - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business administration or retail management is a plus. - Proven experience 2-3 in a supervisory role within a retail or agricultural environment. - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail. - Knowledge of agricultural products and supplies is desirable but not essential. - Proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management software or systems. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. **Benefits:** - Competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plans. - Opportunities for career advancement and professional development. - A supportive and collaborative work environment.
