Develop and implement the overall store strategy
? Monitor day-to-day store operations Maintain inventory by
implementing purchasing plans
? Identify process bottlenecks and suggest solutions in a timely
manner
? Design and implement standards and guidelines for a variety of
stores and their departments
? Hire, lead and evaluate your team & Maintain store staff by training
employees
? Set up key store KPIs
? Prepare and present reports on KPIs
? Create reports and presentations for upper management
? Develop a schedule of holiday activities and promotions throughout
the year strategically designed to bring in more revenue
? Provide training to improve the knowledge base of the staff and utilize
cross-training methods to maintain productivity when employees are
absent
? Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable
? Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control
Key Skill ? Hands on experience with ERP software
