Position Title: Floor Executive

#### Position Overview:

The Floor Executive at Jivarth Store is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations on the store floor. This role involves assisting customers, maintaining product displays, and supporting the overall store operations to enhance the shopping experience.

#### Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

- Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases.

- Provide product information and recommendations.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

2. Sales Support:

- Assist in achieving sales targets by promoting products and services.

- Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance customer purchases.

- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.

3. Inventory Management:

- Ensure products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.

- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the Floor Manager.

- Assist in restocking shelves and arranging new product displays.

4. Store Maintenance:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store floor.

- Ensure aisles are free of obstructions and displays are neat.

- Perform regular checks to ensure all products are correctly priced and labeled.

5. Team Collaboration:

- Work collaboratively with other floor executives and store staff.

- Communicate effectively with the Floor Manager regarding daily operations.

- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

6. Operational Support:

- Assist with store opening and closing procedures.

- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system.

- Monitor and prevent theft and report any suspicious activities.

#### Qualifications:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

- Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.

- Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to provide excellent customer service.

- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

#### Additional Requirements:

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking products.

- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
