Store SCOD Associate -
As a Store SCOD Associate , you will be responsible for managing in-store operations related to customer order preparation and ensuring timely handover of orders to delivery executives. The role requires collaboration with store teams and delivery personnel to meet operational targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in supply chain or operations are a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in retail, logistics, or order management roles is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and store management systems.
• Effective communication skills in English and local languages.
• Proficiency with technology, including mobile apps and handheld devices.
Working Conditions:
• Store-based role with occasional field coordination.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Order preparation and dispatch accuracy.
• On-time delivery readiness percentage.
• Inventory handling efficiency.
