Job Summary:

The Store Sales Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. This role requires a keen understanding of fashion trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a positive shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product information, recommendations, and styling advice to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Sales:
• Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with repeat customers.
• Participate in promotional activities and events to increase sales.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and company products.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and sizing.
• Attend training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge.
• Store Operations:
• Assist in visual merchandising to ensure the store is visually appealing and organized.
• Manage inventory by conducting regular stock checks and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
• Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions, including cash, credit, and returns.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales and customer experience.
• Assist in training new staff members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in fashion, business, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience:
• Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in fashion or apparel.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and a passion for the fashion industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and other retail software.
