Job Title: Store Executive - Chaichun & Okayti (Darjeeling Outlet)

Chaichun and Okayti are looking for a motivated Store Executive to support the Store Manager in our Darjeeling outlet. The Store Executive will assist in day-to-day store operations, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to achieving the store's sales goals. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for retail and tea, and who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Handle product inquiries and provide expert knowledge about tea varieties and products.

Help with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting stock checks.

Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Support the implementation of promotions and special offers in-store.

Process transactions at the point of sale (POS) and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.

Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking performance against store targets.

Collaborate with the Store Manager to address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.

Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.

A proactive and customer-focused attitude.

Willingness to work rotational shift (Morning, Afternoon, Night) , including weekends and holidays.

Education & Experience :

High School Diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree in any field is a plus.

1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role preferred.
