Job Title: Inside Store Sales Executive

: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Inside Store Sales Executive to join our team in Salem. The ideal candidate will have a passion for furniture and interior design, along with excellent sales and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in the store, providing excellent customer service.

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.

- Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.

Requirements :

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the furniture and interior industry.

- Strong convincing skills with the ability to understand and explain product details.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to follow up with customers and close sales.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.

- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

- Basic computer skills for handling sales reports and inventory management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
