Position: Store Manager Gender: Male/Female Experience Required: Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role in retail or fashion. Preferred Candidate: Residing in or near Malviya Nagar, Jaipur. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning. Manage in-store sales and achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain stock records, inventory, and restock as needed. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Train and supervise store staff if needed. Qualifications: Previous work experience in retail, preferably in ethnic wear or fashion. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage inventory efficiently and handle customer queries professionally. Knowledge of fashion trends and customer preferences is a plus. Salary: Competitive and based on experience.
