Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers in the store to understand their needs and recommend suitable massage chairs and wellness products.
• Demonstrate product features and offer personalized recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
• Drive sales by building rapport with customers and providing excellent service.
• Maintain product knowledge to answer customer queries and ensure proper product demonstrations.
• Handle daily sales transactions, ensuring accurate processing of payments and maintaining records of cash and card transactions.
• Manage daily store expenses, including operational costs, and report them to management.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports, expense summaries, and inventory updates to the store manager and head office.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked and presentable, with all products showcased effectively.
• Assist in organizing promotional activities and in-store events to attract new customers.
• Build long-term customer relationships by following up on sales inquiries and ensuring post-purchase satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the store manager on tracking sales performance and achieving store targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics, furniture, or wellness products.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage daily financial records and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and thrive in a competitive environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building customer loyalty.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, and basic computer skills.
• Passion for wellness and interest in health-related products is a plus.
