Position Overview :
We are seeking an enthusiastic Store Sales Executive to join our team in Gurugram. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are customer-focused, results-driven, and passionate about driving sales. As a Store Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products displayed in the store, ensuring customers have an exceptional shopping experience, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
• Greet customers and assist them with product inquiries, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the products displayed in the store, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Drive sales by actively promoting products and upselling where appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Assist in stock replenishment and ensure proper product display as per store guidelines.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
• Manage customer transactions, process payments, and handle returns/exchanges professionally.
• Build strong customer relationships through personalized service and follow-up.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, store promotions, and industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards at all times.
Qualifications :
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Retail Management or related field is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and a passion for sales.
• Knowledge of basic sales techniques and an understanding of the retail industry.
• Comfortable using store systems for inventory management and sales transactions.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
