Position: Purchase cum Store Assistant Responsibilities: - Assist in procurement activities including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, goods, and services. - Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and track stock movements. - Receive, inspect, and store incoming items in an organized manner. - Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of orders. - Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase-related documentation. - Monitor and maintain inventory levels to avoid stockouts and overstock situations. - Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. - Support in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store area. - Assist in other tasks as directed by the supervisor. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent qualification. - Previous experience in a similar role preferred. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Good communication and negotiation skills. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
