Store & Purchase Assistant Construction
Job Description
• Collect information for the next day's material purchase during daily evening meetings.
• Execute local purchases as per the list provided by the Project Manager (PM).
• Conduct rate analysis, inform the PM, obtain approval from the General Manager (GM), and proceed with material purchases.
• Collect issue slips and provide materials whenever needed.
• Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials, taking necessary measurements. Take photos during loading and unloading for documentation purposes.
• Enter inward and outward material details in Tally every day.
• Maintain records of material stock details for steel, cement, labour advances, cash book, etc., for the monthly 25th statement.
• Ensure centring materials are available and send back unwanted centring materials immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?12,500.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
