Store and Purchase Executive

Location:Purasiwakkam


Key Responsibilities:


1. Inventory Management:

- Maintain and update stock levels, ensuring accurate records.

- Conduct regular stock audits to verify physical stock with system records.


2. Purchasing:

- Assist in purchasing materials and supplies as per requirements.

- Evaluate and negotiate with vendors to secure the best deals.


3. Invoicing and Documentation:

- Process purchase orders, invoices, and goods received notes (GRN).

- Ensure all documentation is accurately maintained and updated.


6. Reporting:

- Prepare regular reports on stock status, purchase activities, and vendor performance.


Pay: \xe2\x82\xb912,000 - \xe2\x82\xb913,000 per month

Requirements

• 
  Education:

- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. (Arrear Accepted)

• 
  Experience:

- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in store and purchase management.

• 
  Skills:

- Proficient in Tally software.

- Knowledge of purchase processes, stock management, invoicing, and GRN.

- Good communication.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Detail-oriented and ability to maintain accurate records.
