:

• Staff Management:
• Supervising and coordinating the work of store staff, including sales associates, cashiers, and stock clerks.
• Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to improve team performance.
• Customer Satisfaction:
• Ensuring excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitoring customer feedback and implementing improvements based on insights.
• Sales and Cost Management:
• Developing strategies to increase sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Analyzing sales data, inventory levels, and expenses to optimize costs.
• Inventory Control:
• Managing inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and organizing merchandise.
• Implementing inventory control procedures to prevent stock shortages or overages.
• Store Operations:
• Overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, security, and cleanliness.
• Collaborating with other departments (e.g., marketing, HR) to ensure seamless operations.
• Staff Training and Development:
• Hiring, training, and mentoring staff members.
• Conducting regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Maintaining a safe and secure store environment for both employees and customers.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Preparing regular reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance.
• Identifying trends and recommending improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
