Responsibilities :
• Address and resolve guest complaints or issues, ensuring high guest satisfaction.
• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant or store, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage and schedule staff, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times and maintaining high standards of service.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary supplies while minimizing waste and overstocking.
• Ensure that service quality and food standards are consistently met, and implement improvements as necessary.
• Assist in the preparation and management of budgets for store operations, ensuring cost controls are in place.
• Track sales and revenue performance, analyze sales reports, and develop strategies to meet financial targets.
• Manage operational expenses, including labor, supplies, and utilities, to optimize profitability.
• Train new staff members, and provide ongoing development and coaching for existing employees.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and address any performance issues in a timely manner.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and attract customers.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, staff schedules, and other operational documents.
