Store Officer

Proficient in SAP/ERP software, MS Office (especially Excel), and email. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
The Store Officer is responsible for optimizing dispatch planning, scheduling delivery routes, and managing task assignments based on vehicle capacity and priorities. They oversee fleet maintenance, ensure vehicle performance, and coordinate repairs. The role includes recruiting and monitoring drivers, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and addressing customer inquiries related to deliveries. Additionally, the officer tracks costs such as fuel consumption and implements cost-saving measures. Proficiency in SAP/ERP software, MS Office (Excel), and GPS systems is essential, along with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. A valid driver's license is required.
