Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Store Management: • Inventory Control: Manage and maintain accurate inventory records in SAP. Perform regular stock counts, track inventory levels, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Goods Receipt and Dispatch: Oversee the receipt of goods from suppliers, ensuring that all items match the purchase orders and are recorded accurately in SAP. Manage the dispatch of goods to customers or other stores.
• Stock Rotation: Ensure proper stock rotation practices (FIFO/LIFO) are followed to minimize spoilage and ensure the availability of fresh goods.
• Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any issues related to the goods received.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring that all products are correctly displayed and stored.

Billing and Financial Transactions: • Billing Processing: Process sales transactions and generate invoices for customers using SAP. Ensure accuracy in billing details, including product pricing, discounts, and taxes.
• Transaction Recording: Record all transactions in the SAP system, including sales, returns, and adjustments. Ensure that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing any queries or concerns related to billing, products, or store policies.
• Financial Reconciliation: Assist with daily, weekly, or monthly reconciliation of financial transactions and ensure that all records match the physical inventory and sales reports.
• Report Generation: Generate and review various reports from SAP, including sales reports, inventory reports, and billing summaries.

SAP System Management: • SAP Transactions: Perform various SAP transactions related to inventory management, such as goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, and inventory adjustments.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter data into the SAP system for all store-related activities, including sales orders, purchase orders, and inventory adjustments.
• System Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to the SAP system, coordinating with IT support as necessary.

Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field. Relevant certifications in SAP are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in a similar role, with hands-on experience in SAP for inventory management and billing processes.
